At RIVM LTD, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed quickly and delivered reliably. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery options, estimated shipping times, and other key information regarding the shipment of your order.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Fulfilment & Delivery
All orders placed through www.rivm.co.uk are fulfilled by Amazon UK Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF). Amazon selects the courier service for each order, which may include Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, Amazon Logistics, or other trusted UK carriers.
3. Delivery Options & Estimated Shipping Times
Customers can select from the following delivery options at checkout:

Standard Delivery = Delivers in 3-5 days

Expedited Delivery = Delivers in 1-2 days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, courier delays, or peak seasonal demand.

Orders placed after Amazon’s daily shipping cut-off time may be processed the next business day.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery option.

No free shipping threshold is available at launch.

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated on the website when applicable.
5. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled if it has already been processed for dispatch.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery directly on the courier’s website.

7. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. RIVM LTD is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability:

The courier may leave a collection note or attempt redelivery.

If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
While rare, delays or issues can occur. If your order is:

Delayed: Please allow 48 hours past the estimated delivery date before contacting us, as couriers may experience temporary delays.

Lost in Transit: Contact us if tracking has not updated for an extended period. We will investigate with the courier and provide a solution.

Damaged: If your order arrives damaged, email info@rivm.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
9. Returns & Refunds
